Today was the 100th day of school! Three kids at Hailey's school were encouraged to dress up as a "100 year old person" to commemorate the day. It was fun helping Hailey get fixed up as an old lady. We used baby powder on her hair to make it gray and rolled it into rollers. She wore some comfy house clothes with slippers and some bright pink lipstick to finish off the look.
It turns out not all parents are quite as fun as me! Lol. She said there were only a few kids that dressed up and she was the most obvious participant. Yay!...? Well, no matter what everyone else did, we got to be the fun ones and Hailey got to wear slippers all day. 😁
Cameron got a fun surprise at school today when I picked him up early. It wasn't for a super fun reason but it was fun to have a few quality minutes with him this afternoon before going to get a sports physical.
Oh-que-so, we finished off the night by meeting Brooke and Dad for an early Mexican food dinner, which of course is always fun.
