Date night 1 Fancy Food and Popcorn

You know, in 23 years of marriage, we have never had consistent date nights? We've just never made it a consistent priority.  We make time for everyone else. We make time for chores and work and kids and other relatives. So I decided that it is high time I make time for this guy.

He works so hard and carries so much on his shoulders.  It's too easy to find excuses and never make date nights a priority and it has gone on far too long. He deserves to take a break and have time to date again! He deserves my attention and time, so it started tonight.  

We had some over priced food at a fancy restaurant and then enjoyed a movie and way too much popcorn. 🍿

I'm thankful for all the time, energy and sacrifice he gives to everyone. Looking forward to some fun adventures together this year. We're going out weekly and that will be more dating than we've done in years.  Hope you don't get sick of dating me! 👫
