Day 25 Self care
As I mentioned a few days ago, I've been sick. So, today I rested, did a few household chores and then took it easy while John and the kids went out for a little while. I took a long shower, did a face mask, texted with my soul sister, Leesa and just had a little me time. As an introvert, alone, quiet time is like fresh air to me. I need it and welcome it and savor it.
